Aims

Here are some of our aims for 2006, 

The main objective of Llais Ni is ensuring that the opinions and voices of children and young people are heard and that they take part in decisions at a local level.

The opportunity to take part and voice opinions is a fundamental right under the United Nations Convention Rights of the Child.

Welcome to our 2007 targets

• Continue to give voices to children and young people of the island

• Ensuring children and young people's voices are heard on a local level i.e. Anglesey County Council and also at a national level in the National Assembly

• Give the opportunity for children and young people to take part in local decisions about their community, school, transport and leisure activities

• The Llais Ni participation worker will continue to go to schools, youth clubs and any other places where children and young people meet

• Arrange groups to get more ideas

• Listen to everyone's opinion
